1. Postion: Administration/General Clerk

Responsibilties:
- Provide general administrative & clerical duties
- Handle incoming phone calls and mails
- Filing and data entry processing
- import and export customs declaration
- Process sales order and coordinate shipping schedule
- Communicate with suppliers and customers
- Support company daily operations
- Other assigned ad hoc duties

Requirements:
- Form 7 or above, with 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS software, Words & Excel and Chinese Words Processing
- Must be a good team worker, self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
- Required to work under pressure
- Fresh Graduate will be considered
- Immediate available

- Create and Update Toys Report in Toysbuddyhk.com for TB's Member

Requirements:
- Must know about Toys Industry including Diecast, Figure, Model Kits and etc...
